Location And Population.Aurora is the third most populated city in Colorado, with over 290,000 people and over 10,000 businesses. Only minutes away from Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, it is one of the most popular cities in the Denver Metropolitan Area. Serviced by the E-470 tollway to the South and East, I-70 on the North, and I-225 cutting through the center of the city, Aurora is the most accessible city in Denver Metro.Outdoors And Entertainment.Aurora is home to a vast art scene, including the Aurora Fox theatre, a symphony orchestra, and several privately owned, ethnically varied restaurants.
